Verrill Dana to host October meeting of Consumer and Financial Institutions Section

On October 28^th, members of the Consumer and Financial Institutions Section of the Maine State Bar Association will gather at Verrill Dana to discuss a range of issues affecting financial institutions and lenders.  High on the agenda will be a review of recently adopted State laws governing lending and banking practices, and a review of current Maine laws governing the speed with which Maine courts must process particular types of matters.  The meeting will be held at  Verrill Dana’s Portland Office at One Portland Square.  For more information, contact CFI section chair  Sam Sherry.
