Maine Commercial Lending Seminar: Mark Googins and Chris Devlin to Present

On Thursday, February 16th, the Maine State Bar Association will be hosting a full day seminar at the Hilton Garden Inn in Freeport entitled “Maine Commercial Lending.” The course will be presented by Mark Googins of Verrill Dana, LLP, and Chris Devlin, Esq. of UNUM. The seminar will provide a broad practical overview of the commercial loan closing process, from the commitment letter to post-closing responsibilities.
